As our church prepares for a new chapter in our ministry, our Call Team has been formed and they are starting the call process.  They will use information from your completed surveys (that were mailed to you) to help guide us in this process.

The responsibilities of the Pastoral Call Committee include:

· Seek God’s guidance through prayer and discernment

· Listen to the needs and priorities of the congregation

· Promote and recruitment of candidates

· Review and evaluate potential candidates

· Conduct interviews and check references

· Recommend a final candidate to the church council and then the congregation

Throughout the process, the committee is committed to transparency, integrity, and a spirit of unity. The congregation will be kept informed and invited to participate in prayer and dialogue as appropriate along the way.

We ask for your continued prayers for the committee members as they begin this
important work. May they be led by the Holy Spirit, encouraged by the support of the church, and filled with wisdom and peace throughout the journey.

We trust that God, who has faithfully guided us in the past, will continue to do so as we seek the person He has prepared to lead us into the next season of ministry.
